认知神经科学已成为新世纪将对人类产生重大影响的十大科技趋势之一，脑成像技术是认知神经科学主要研究工具，其中功能性磁共振成像技术已成为当前最先进，使用最广泛的脑功能成像技术，本文侧重论述在认知神经科学研究中所应用的功能性磁共振成像的技术基础，实验设计原理，数据处理等几个方面，为推动国内这类研究提供一定参考。

FUNCTIONAL MAGNETIC RESONNCE IMAGING APPLIED IN COGNITIVE NEUROSCIENCE

Cognitive neuroscience has already become one of the most influential ten science and technology trends to the human being in the new century. Brain Imaging is the main research technique in cognitive Neuroscience, and the functional magnetic resonance imaging has become the most advanced and widely used among all the imaging techniques. The emphasis of the present article is on the discussion about the technological basis , the principles of experimental design and the analysis of the experimental data in research by means of functional magnetic resonance imaging applied in cognitive neuroscience, with a view to accelerating these sorts of research and offering some help for such research in the future.
