多层次直销系统的自组织特征分析

摘    要:通过对多层次直销系统的自组织特征分析,说明多层次直销模式是直销企业构建自主发展及可持续经营的市场体系的重要机制,是直销企业的核心竞争力,从系统学的角度揭示了为什么绝大多数直销企业历尽艰难也不放弃多层次直销模式的原由,探讨了多层次直销模式存在的客观性及合理性。

Abstract:In this Paper,the feature of self-organization of multi-level marketing system was analyzed,and the necessity and the rationality of the existing multi-level marketing was discussed from the system point of view.Multilevel marketing is a key system within direct selling enterprise in building its self-organization development and sustaining a growing market operation which contribute directly towards the enterprise's core competence.
