| Abstract: | This paper expounds the characteristics and features of urban agriculture and the significance of developing urban agriculture, analyses on that the key of building an all-round well-off society in China is in the countryside, the centrum is to increase per-capita income of the peasants, and the development of urban agriculture is an effective way to increase income of the peasants, and probes in to countermeasures of developing urban agriculture. |
