| 摘 要： | 依据可持续发展理论和生态城市建设要求,综合考虑社会、自然、环境和经济4个方面,提出指标体系,计算各指标权重,用于评价城市生态环境适宜性的保证程度.结果表明,制约齐齐哈尔市创建生态城市的最大因素是在经济方面,重工业产值比重(P43)指标所占的权重最大,为0.211 2.环境质量持续性适宜度属于Ⅴ级水平,主要是因为经济增长缓慢,工业欠发达造成的.

| Abstract: | Based on the theories of sustainable development and the status of the eco-city construction,a comprehensive evaluation criteria system integrating society,nature,environment and economy factors was established,the weights of indexes are calculated by AHP,which result may be used in evaluating the degree of suitability of creating amenity urban environment using the urban eco-environment compatibility model.The results suggested that the most important factor to affect eco-city construction in Qiqihar was the slow economic growth.While in the domain of economy,the weight of the proportion of heavy industry out-put value in Gross Domestic Product（GDP）,P43 was the biggest（0.211 2）.Thought the suitability of environmental quality sustainability had beenⅤlevel,it was just because of the less developed industry. |
