几种化学药剂对菜蚜的活性研究

摘    要:测定了啶虫脒、莫比朗、吡虫啉和乐果对菜缢管蚜、桃蚜成虫的毒力,进行了室内药效试验和小区防效试验。结果表明:啶虫脒和莫比朗对桃蚜、采缢管蚜的LC50最低,乐果的LC50最高,吡虫啉介于前二者与后者之间;啶米和莫比朗的室内防桃蚜了,其次是吡虫啉;啶虫脒、莫比朗和吡虫啉室内防菜缢管蚜均大于90%,三者间无显著差异;啶虫脒、莫比朗和吡虫啉的田间防效结果差异不大,施药后7d的防效均大90%以上。

Abstract:The toxicity of acetaniprid (made in china ), acetaniprid (made in Japan), lmidacloprid and dimethoate to Lipaphis erysimi(kalt) and Myzus persicae was determined. The results showed that the LC 50 of Lipaphis erysimi(kalt) and Myzus persicae for acetaniprid (made in china ) and acetaniprid (made in Japan) was the lowest; while the LC 50 of dimethoate was the highest; and the LC 50 of lmidacloprid was in between. Acetaniprid (made in china ) and acetaniprid (made in Japan) proved to be most effective against Lipaphis erysimi(kalt) in greenhouse and lmidacloprid followed next in terms of effectiveness. The effectiveness of Acetaniprid (made in china ), acetaniprid (made in Japan) and lmidacloprid resistant to Myzus persicae reached over 90% and there was no significant differences among the three insecticides. The same results were also found from the field trials.
