摘    要:目的探讨多媒体案例教学法在病理学教学中的效果。方法对照组按传统教学法进行病理学教学,观察组采用多媒体案例教学法,在教学中以病案为引导,以问题为中心进行讲解。对两组学生进行阶段考核。对观察组用问卷形式进行教学效果的调查。结果观察组与对照组有显著的差异性,P〈0.01,观察组大多学生认为提高了学习兴趣和效率,课堂知识更易理解、记忆、掌握。结论多媒体案例教学法效果好,更直观,能使基础医学和临床医学更好地结合,提高学生的兴趣及知识的实用价值,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of multimedia case teaching method in pathological teaching. Methods: The reference group will accept the traditional teaching method in pathology and the experimental group will be tested by the multimedia case teaching method. In teaching the teachers take the cases as a guidance and the problems as the core. Two groups students are tested by stages and a suvey of teaching results has been made to the experimental group by questionnaires. Result: By comparsion,we find that there are obvious differences between two groups. P〈 0.01. Most of the experimental group students that their learning interest and efficiency have been improved, meanwhile they find it easier to understand, remember and master knowledge in course. Discussion: Combining basic medicine with clinical medicine, the multimedia case teaching method can produce good teaching effect and improve the practical use of knowledge. It is a direct-vision teaching method and worthy to be widely used.
