压延铜箔制备技术分析

摘    要:介绍了压延铜箔生产的工艺流程,提出压延铜箔项目的关键技术在于:铸锭质量、板形控制、表面处理和质量管理.铜熔体精炼净化过程中除杂、脱气是获得高质量压延铜箔的前提,良好的板形控制是基本条件,合理的表面处理工艺是压延铜箔满足各种使用需求的必要手段,而先进的质量理念是实现既定目标的保证.

Abstract:The paper briefs on the rolled copper foil process, in which ingot quality, shape control, surface treatment and quality control are the essential factors for rolled copper foil projects. On the premise of purifying and degasifying in copper melt refinery, a proper surface treatment is adopted for rolled copper foil. In the meantime, with effective shape control the high quality of rolled copper foil can be guaranteed.
