水环境重金属检测系统的硬件研究

摘    要:重金属作为极度危险的污染物质,是判断水质优劣的重要指标。本文研究了水环境重金属传感器的检测原理与内部结构,设计了系统的硬件电路部分,包括恒电位仪电路、电流电压转换电路、放大电路、单片机模块、A/D转换模块、D/A转换模块以及显示部分,经过测试表明硬件电路稳定性良好。对传感器系统进行了Zn离子与Cu离子的标定实验,测定了标定曲线,结果验证了系统的稳定性与可靠性,表明所设计的系统可以满足日常生活中水环境重金属检测工作的要求。

Abstract:Heavy metals are dangerous pollutants, and their concentration is an important index in judging water quality. This paper introduces the operating principles and internal structure of a sensor for the determination of heavy metals in environmental water samples. The hardware part of the system—including the potentiostat circuit, current and voltage conversion circuit, amplifier circuit, the MCU, the DAC module, the A/D module, the display part, and the hardware circuit—were shown to have good stability. Laboratory calibration experiments with zinc ions and copper ions verified the stability and reliability of the system. The sensor can satisfy the requirements for everyday monitoring of environmental water.
