| 摘 要： | 本文结合硅光电二极管的特性通过实例讨论了光电流放大器设计中的一些问题。较详细地论述了运算放大器参数对放大器特性的影响,並从理论上进行了推导计算。对噪声电压的影响也作了一些讨论,得出了测定元件参数的参考方法。最后给出了放大器的测试结果和在光电高温计中的应用情况。

| Abstract: | In this paper, some questions in the design of photoelectric current amplifier are discussed combined with the characteristic of sil- licon photodiode and a instance. The effects of operational amplifier parameters to the character of the amplifier are detailed and is made count in theory. The effect of noise voltage is also discussed. A refer- ence method of determining component parameter is given. In the end, the measuring results of the amplifier and a application of the amplifier in a pyrometer are provided |
