摘    要:传统离散时间-费用权衡(DTCTP)项目进度研究以费用最小化为目标,无资源约束和间接费用,这与实际工程项目的实施不相符。提出多模式资源约束型折现流时间-费用权衡项目进度问题(MRCTCTPDF),以净现值为优化目标,考虑项目执行中的各项资金流:活动费用、业主的支付及与奖惩机制联系的奖金(罚金)、项目的间接费用;并且将活动费用区分为不变费用和可变费用。建立MRCTCTPDF的数学模型,通过一个数值实例验证模型的有效性。结果表明,项目的最优进度安排与业主的支付行为及资源约束密切相关,这对承包商进行项目工期-费用权衡决策具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract: There are several limitations existing in the current research on discrete time/cost trade-offs project scheduling problems, for example, the resource capacity and the indirect cost are ignored, this situation is not correctly reflect the (projects') execution in practice. Therefore, A more realistic model is presented in this paper, which is the Multi-mode (Resource-constrained) Time/Cost trade-off project scheduling problems(MRCTCTPDF, for short), it takes the NPV as the objective function, and considering each item capital, such as the projects' indirect cost, the owner's payment, the bonus/penalty and the activity cost, moreover, the activities' cost is distinguished two parts: one is the constant, the other is the variable. We build the mathematic model about the MRCTCTPDF , then validate it by adopting an numerical example. The results shows that the optimal scheduling more closely related to the owner's payment and the resource constraint, it is very instructive for contractors to make decision to the projects' duration-cost trade-offs.
