An Analysis on the Occupation Career Planning Education of College Students

Career planning is one of the focuses for college graduates nowadays .In order to offer more opportunities for them to get good jobs , in this paper , it analyzes the current status of career planning for college students at home and abroad , discusses the problems in their career planning , and puts forward some constructive measures to improve their career planning , which should be seriously taken for them to put great emphasis on the preparation , selection and adaptation about their career .
