| 摘 要： | 职业生涯的规划已成为当前大学毕业生关注的热点。针对大学毕业生如何更好地就业，分析国内外大学生的职业生涯规划教育现状和我国大学生对自己在职业生涯规划中存在的问题，提出改进措施，指出大学毕业生在规划自己的职业生涯中，重点应该放在对自己的职业如何准备、如何选择职业和如何适应自己未来的职业。

| Abstract: | Career planning is one of the focuses for college graduates nowadays .In order to offer more opportunities for them to get good jobs , in this paper , it analyzes the current status of career planning for college students at home and abroad , discusses the problems in their career planning , and puts forward some constructive measures to improve their career planning , which should be seriously taken for them to put great emphasis on the preparation , selection and adaptation about their career . |
