摘    要:烟草表皮,亚表皮薄细胞层(3-6层细胞)培养在MS培养基内,加入不同浓度的IAA/BA,IBA/BA和2.4D/BA,可较专一性地诱导根,芽及愈伤组织的形成,但未能形成花芽,试验结果表明,在合适的植物激素相组合和蔗糖浓度的作用下,以烟草表皮亚表皮薄细胞层进行离体培养是研究形态发生,调节控制器官形成的一个比较理想的试验系统。实验分析了分化和未分化的组织中过氧化物同工酶和脂酶同工酶的变化,在分化的组织中,过氧化物同工酶谱带略有增加,脂酶同工酶谱带无显著变化。


Effects of plant Hormone on Epidermal Layers of tabacco for organogenesis and some changes in isoperoxidaseand isoesterases
Abstract:When the explant of epidermal or subepidermal from tabacco (3-6 Layers) was cultured on MC Medium with deffernt ratio of IAA/BA IBA/BA and 2.4-D/BA. ,Vegetative buds, roots and callus were produced separatelly, but florol bud wasn't produced iu our experiment. The results indicate that the epidermal layer of tabacco is very good experimental system for control and regulation on organogenesis comparison between those differentiated tissue and undi f ferent iated tissue showed difference in their isoperoxda-ses Zymograms. the zymograms of differentiated tissue were more than that in undi f ferentiated tissue, but no main difference isoe-sterases was observed.
