摘    要:介绍了计算传热学在热工过程控制中的重要作用·给出了加热炉计算机监督控制系统和直接数字控制系统的算法和参数研究中的计算传热学应用实例·例如以热传导反问题的方法实现了SCC参数的辨识·研究了总括热吸收率在线动态补偿的基本算法,和提高模型精度的基本措施·提出了以炉子生产率和燃耗作为总括热吸收率在线动态补偿的依据·模拟表明,二者在算法上具有叠加性·此外,以计算传热学为基础,讨论了待轧策略和炉子优化控制的目标函数真实化问题·

Computational Heat Transfer in Thermal Control Algorithm

Abstract:The importance of computational heat transfer to the thermal process control was discussed. The computational heat transfer was applied to the algorithm and parameters designing in supervisory computer control and direct digital control of re heating furnace. For example, the inverse analysis of heat conduction can be used as a scheme for the parameter identification of SCC system. The method for the on line dynamic compensation of total heat exchange factor was studied, and some strategies to improve the accuracy of the control model were suggested. For example, the furnace production rate and the fuel supply can be taken as the foundation for the on line dynamic compensation. The simulation shows that both of them are superposable in the algorithm. In addition, based on the theory analysis of computational heat transfer, the problem -how to let the objective function of optimal control be reality-was discussed.
