| 摘 要： | 以明亮发光杆菌，福鱼发光杆菌，哈维氏弧菌和青海弧菌，四种发光菌，每种选取二个菌株检测其生物发光的一阶和二阶微分光谱。结果表明不同种的发光细菌的微分谱有显著差异，同一种菌的不同菌株则无显著差异，提示生物发光光谱，微分光谱可作为发光细菌菌种分类的特征。

| Abstract: | The bioluminescent spectra and derivative spectra of four species luminous bacteria,P. phosphoreum, P. leiognathi, V. harvevi and V. qinghaiensis have been determined.The results showed that the charac - teristics of the spectra of different species differed from each other, different strains of the same species did not apparently differ from each other. It showed that all the main characteristics of the spectra that of bioluminescence and that of derivative can be one of phenotypic properties for luminous bacterial classification. |
