摘    要:本文根据AGW482滚刀磨床的具体结构。建立了它的工作模型,并在此基础上,推导了砂轮轴截形的计算公式;用此公式,可根据要刃磨的滚刀的实际参数,计算出所需砂轮的轴截形,这就为砂轮的修形提供了准确的数据。

Abstract:The working model of AGW 482 hob sharpening machine is set up according the machine structure. In addition, the formula used to calculate the axial section shape of grinding wheel is deduced. With the real parameter of sharpened hob, the axial section shape of grinding wheel can be calculated by this formula. The calculation prepares accurate datum for the shaping of grinding wheel.
