| 摘 要： | 信息技术的进步极大地改变了档案专业的形态,推动了档案事业的发展,并对档案管理人员的素质提出了新的、更高的要求。分析了信息化对档案事业发展产生的影响,探讨了信息化条件下档案管理人员应具备的素质,提出了提高档案管理人员信息化素质的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The improvement of information technology changes the state of the archives major greatly,and promotes the development of the archives.Meanwhile,it poses the new and higher requirements of the quality of archivists.This paper analyzes the influence of the informatization on archives,discusses the archivist's qualities in the information age,and advances some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the archivist's quality. |
