实施海岸带综合管理 保护我国海洋生物多样性

生物多样性是人类生存与可持续发展的物质基础,由于大量的海洋开发活动,我国海洋生物多样性已受到了一定程度的威胁。文章从生境退化、环境污染、渔业开发、生物入侵四个方面分析了我国海洋生物多样性面临的威胁,认为开展以生态系统为基础的海岸带综合管理是保护海洋生物多样性的有效方法。在对比国内外海岸带综合管理实践中相关保护工作进展的基础上,文章还从科研、行政管理、公众参与等角度探讨了加强和改进我国海洋生物多样性保护工作的办法和措施。
