一种自制的光电传感器及其在喷焊中的应用

文章介绍了研制的喷焊机械装置。重点介绍了该装置中用于采集熔池温度信号的光电传感器。该传感器用光学高温计的光学系统聚焦，用光敏 三极管为敏感无件，能可靠地建立熔池温度与电信号之间的对应关系。将其用于喷焊温度的自动控制，获得了良好的效果。

Self-designed Photoelectric Sensor and Its Application to Spray Welding

In this paper,a mechanical equipment used for spray welding,especially a self designed photoelectric sensor explorer in this equipment,was reported.A photo sensitive transistor was used as the sensing element and fixed in the focusing system of a pyrometer.The corresponding relationship between the temperature of the molten pool and the output voltage signal of the sensor was established reliably.Satisfactory results were obtained when the sensor was used in the auto control system of the spray welding equipment.
