面向FSAE竞赛的某赛车动力学仿真及试验验证

摘    要:建立了考虑空气动力学因素的北京理工大学2010FSAE赛车多体动力学虚拟样机及2010中国大学生方程式汽车大赛耐久赛的赛道模型.在多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS/Car环境中,仿真了北京理工大学2010FSAE赛车的直线加速比赛和耐久赛首圈比赛过程.仿真结果表明,得到的赛车车速、车身纵向加速度和车身侧向加速度等数据与实测数据具有较强的一致性.验证了2010FSAE赛车多体动力学虚拟样机的准确性.

Abstract:A multi-body dynamics virtual prototype for BIT's 2010 FSAE racing car was completed with the consideration of aerodynamic factors. A race course model of the endurance race for 2010 China FSAE competition was built. The race processes of straight-line acceleration and the first circle of endurance race of BIT's 2010 FSAE racing car were simulated under ADAMS/Car software environment. Comparing the simulation data with measured data of race car velocity, body longitudinal acceleration and body lateral acceleration, the consistence of two sets of data was shown. The accuracy of the multi-body dynamics virtual prototype for BIT's 2010 FSAE racing car has been verified.
