内径尺寸光电位移检测系统设计

摘    要:
根据小型孔类零件结构特点,同时依据光电位置敏感器(PSD)和光三角检测原理,提出了一种内径尺寸激光非接触测量方法,并据此设计出激光探头光学测量系统,并对其测量原理进行了分析。

Abstract:
An inner diameter laser non-contact measuring method is presented based on the structure characteristic of small part inner diameter,which adopted optoelectronic probe sensitive device(PSD) and laser optical triangulation inspecting principle.And then,the laser probe for inner diameter measuring system is designed based them.Also,the measuring principle and the project of optical system are illuminated in detail in this article.
