摘    要:创新是引领发展的第一动力,提高电子信息行业的技术创新效率对于我国社会经济的稳定增长起着举足轻重的作用。选用DEA模型对我国30家电子信息上市企业2018年技术创新效率进行实证研究,研究发现:2018年电子信息行业技术创新效率偏低,均值为0.454;企业间效率异质性明显;纯技术效率对综合效率的影响略高于规模效率;半数企业呈规模报酬递减;投入冗余高于产出不足情况,投入产出结构欠合理。最后,为提升我国电子信息上市企业技术创新效率提出相应对策建议。

Abstract:Innovation is the first driving force to lead the development.Improving the technological innovation efficiency of the electronic information industry plays an important role in the stable growth of China s social economy.In this study,DEA model is used to study the technological innovation efficiency of 30 listed electronic information companies in 2018.It is found that in 2018,the technological innovation efficiency of electronic information industry is low,with an average value of 0.454;the efficiency heterogeneity among enterprises is obvious;the impact of pure technological efficiency on comprehensive efficiency is slightly higher than that of scale efficiency;half of enterprises show a decreasing return to scale;the input redundancy is serious than the output deficiency,and the input-output structure is unreasonable.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation efficiency of listed electronic information enterprises in China.
