危险气体报警器的研制

基于气敏传感器设计了一种危险气体监测报警系统,该系统通过单片机实现其控制功能,主要包括数据采集、控制、报警、无线发射接收、电源供给等5个模块.整个系统能对危险气体浓度进行实时监测采集,超过界限能进行声光报警,并能将报警信息通过无线方式进行有效的传输,进行语音报警.该报警器可用于环境监测、生产过程中的监控及气体泄漏报警等.

Development of an alarm for dangerous gases

An alarm system for dangerous gas monitoring based on gas-sensitive sensor is designed.It consists of 5 parts,including data acquisition module,control module,alarm module,wireless transmission module and power providing module.The control function of the system is accomplished by a microcontroller.The system can real-time monitor and collect the concentration of dangerous gases,and it can finish sound and light alarming when the concentration of dangerous gases exceeds the limited value.The system can also finish the wireless transmission of the alarming information and carry out speech alarming.The alarm system can be used for environment monitoring,production process monitoring and gas leakage alarming in order to reduce the occurrence rate of the accidents caused by dangerous gases,such as poisoning,fires,explosion,etc.
