| 摘 要： | 共轭亚油酸主要是从反刍动物脂肪和牛奶中发现的天然活性物质，是与亚油酸的不饱和双键位置和空间构型不同的异构体的混合物，文中根据国外的研究资料综述了共轭亚油酸的抗癌效果及机制。
