| 摘 要： | 目的：研究宽体金线蛭鲜品和干品提取物的体外抗凝血活性.方法：不同浓度的两种提取物分别作用于大鼠血浆后,检测其对血浆PT、APTT、FIB及粘度的影响.结果：宽体金线蛭的2种提取物对血浆PT、APTT、FIB均有不同程度的影响,并呈现明显量效关系,对血浆粘度的影响不明显.结论：2种宽体金线蛭的提取物具有明显的抗凝活性,体外初步实验表明：鲜品宽体金线蛭的抗凝血活性略强于干品.

| Abstract: | Objective: In vitro study on the anticoagulant activities of extracts from dried and fresh materials of Whitmania pigra.Methods: Two extracts with different concentrations was observed to evaluate their influence on PT、APTT、FIB and the viscosity of plasma.Result: The two extracts of Whitmania pigra showed different levels of influence on PT、APTT and FIB in a dose-dependent effect,but had no obvious action on the viscosity of plasma.Conclusion: The two extracts of Whitmania pigra possess obvious anticoagulant activities,and the extract from presented higher effect then that from dried one in the anticoagulant activity. |
