应用萃取合成法生产碳酸氢钠的探讨

摘    要:用萃取合成法生产碳酸氢钠是一条新的工艺路线,国外自制碱母液中回收NH_4Cl制备NaHCO_3主要应用碳化法、三乙胺法。三乙胺法的特点是无污染、闭路。而我国近三十几个碱厂主要用干、湿法生产碳酸氢钠。本文采用伯胺N_(1923)、叔胺N_(235)、三辛胺TOA应用萃取合成法制备NaHCO_3进行探讨,研究了不同条件下对萃取合成NaHCO_3的影响,获得了NaCl转化率是86%,产品NaHCO_3纯度达94.3%以上的满意结果,为研究和生产NaHCO_3提供了新的实验路线。

Abstract:In this work, production of sodium bicarbonate using extraction synthesis has been inquired. Influences of primary amine N_(1923) tertiary amine N_(235) and trioctyl amine TOA on extraction synthesis of sodium bicarbonate under different conditions have been investigated. Best conditions have been foundandutilization ratio of sodium chloride have been achieved to 86% transformation yield. The purity of product NaHCO_3 is higher than 94.3%. These have provided a new experimental route for research and industrial production.
