安徽省高校体育教师离职倾向的现状调查及对策研究

针对安徽省高校体育教师离职倾向的现状进行调查;运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法等进行研究。调查结果表明:安徽省大部分高校体育教师对于目前的工作非常满意并不存在离职倾向,但是不可忽视的是:仍然有部分高校体育教师存在离职倾向。影响安徽省高校体育教师离职的因素主要有:社会环境因素、学校环境因素、家庭环境因素、自身因素。基于此种情况,主要提出如下建议:加强对高校体育教师的爱岗教育,提高高校体育教师的社会地位,解决部分高校体育教师的编制问题,加强高校体育教师的专业培训。

Investigation and Countermeasure on the Present Situation of Physical Education Teachers' Turnover Intention in College of Anhui Province

This paper mainly does the investigation about the present situation of physical education teachers'' turnover intention in college of Anhui Province. It mainly uses the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and mathematical statistics method in the course of the study. The result shows that: the majority of physical education teachers are very satisfied for the current work in colleges of Anhui Province ,so there is no turnover intention. But it can not be ignored that part of physical education teachers are most likely to leave still. The factors that affect the separation are: social environment, school environment, family environment, and self factor. Based on this situation. it mainly puts forward following suggestions: strengthen the loving education for PE teachers in colleges; improve the social status for PE teachers; solve part of the PE teachers'' preparation; strengthen the professional training for physical education teachers in colleges.
