摘    要:
对低功率氩微波等离子体炬中Ar和一些分子组分的发射特性进行了研究。详细考察了Ar谱线和一些分子谱带的大时强度随观测高度的变化及微波前向功率、载气流量等因素对OH,NH和N_2带强度的影响。

Abstract:
The emission characteristic of Ar and some molecular species from a low-poweredmicrowave plasma torch(MPT)was studied. The chnges of the mission intensities of thelines and bands with the observation height were studied in detail. The effects of microwavepower and carrier gas flow rate on the emission intensities of OH, NH and N_2 bands were ex-amined.
