| 摘 要： | 1996年7月～1996年12月在南麂列岛进行了红鳍东方网箱养殖试验。结果表明:切齿与否是养殖成活率最主要的影响因素。经2年试验,摸索了红鳍东方TakifuguRubripes养殖从苗种运输、暂养驯化、养成技术、病害防治一整套工艺规范,在自残机理与切齿时间方面有新的见解,并在该鱼养殖中首次在肝脏表面发现明沟线虫ContracaecumRailleetHenry(1912)。

| Abstract: | Tiger fugu was introduced to Nanji Archipelago net cage culture in July 1996.Average size of fish was 3 cm with a quantity of 3840 fishes.Fish was shipping by boat for 31 hours and the survival rate was 95.5 % .Fish weight reached 224 g on 28 Nov 1996 and grew to 634g on Dec 1997.Tooth cutting is a main factor influencing survival rate.Fish survival rate was 56.3 % . According to two years trial,the shipping method,holding,weaning,grow- out technology,disease prevention and treatment of Tiger fugu (Takifugu rubripes) was understood.The cannibalism and tooth cutting time was researched and a new idea obtained.The parasite of Contracaecum was found on the liver surface. |
