| Abstract: | A data collecting system is developedaccording to the demands of the National Standard(GB1882-82)and the signal characteristics of the cooling pump test system,the frequence measuring method is discussed, and the collecting cycle is determined.In the paper,the structural principles of hardware and the design of software are introduced. |
