| 摘 要： | 2006年8月,德国政府出台的高新科技战略是德国第一个国家科技创新战略,它涵盖了德国国家全部的创新科技政策。本轮金融和经济危机给德国经济带来巨大挑战。2010年7月,德国发布的高新科技2020战略则注重强调将科技创新的效益更多地惠及大众。我国正大力发展高新科技,可以从德国的发展中吸取有益的经验。
