| 摘 要： | 在以往研究成果的基础上,选择专利存量作为衡量技术创新的指标,选择技术标准存量作为衡量技术标准化的指标,将专利存量和技术标准存量纳入Cobb-Douglas生产函数,以1985—2007年中国宏观经济为样本,综合考虑全社会固定资产投资额、从业人员总数,研究了技术创新与技术标准化对中国经济增长的影响。研究结果表明专利和技术标准与经济增长有显著的计量关系,通过模型估计结果还可以发现,资本投入每变动1%,产出变动0.069%;劳动投入每变动1%,产出变动0.350%;专利存量每变动1%,产出变动0.304%;技术标准存量每变动1%,产出变动0.523%。
