| 摘 要： | 2008年,国家启动了高新技术企业的重新认定工作,颁布了新的《高新技术企业认定管理办法》、《国家重点支持的高新技术领域》以及相关的《工作指引》,标志着一个新的高新技术企业发展时代正在到来。对比分析新办法的认定条件,结合江苏省新认定高新技术企业的发展现状,重点对其创新能力进行剖析,据此提出持续推进江苏省高新技术企业发展的对策建议。
