| 摘 要： | 房地产业关联度高、带动力强,政府为需要对房地产市场进行宏观调控保证经济的健康运行。本文系统地分析了近期一系列国家宏观调控政策对房地产市场的影响,填补了国内房地产市场宏观调控研究的空白,为我国房地产市场宏观调控政策的优化和完善提供了重要的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The real estate association and high driving power,the Government needs to ensure that the real estate market healthy economic macro-control operation.This systematic analysis of the recent series of national macro-control policies on the real estate markets,the domestic real estate market to fill the gaps in macro-control study,the real estate market for our macro-control policy optimization and improvement provides an important reference. |
