小尺寸恒温晶体振荡器控温系统设计

摘    要:对比分析了小尺寸OCXO恒温槽与传统OCXO恒温槽温度特性的差别,以及由此而引起的问题。根据主要影响因素,提出了温度补偿算法。基于该算法,设计了一种适用于小尺寸OCXO的温度控制系统。经实践证明,采用该方法可以大大提高小尺寸OCXO频率温度特性。

Abstract:The difference in temperature distribution between oven controlled crystal oscillators (OCXO) with small size and the conventional type was analyzed. A new temperature compensatory method for OCXO with small size was proposed with the design of a temperature control system for the OCXO with small size. Experiment showed that using this system could prompt the frequency stability over temperature.
