| 摘 要： | TRIMs是关税及贸易总协定乌拉圭回合谈判达成的一项协议，我国在“复关”和加入WTO后必须遵守它。本文根据TRIMs的要求，分析了我国外资法规中存在的问题及其导致的后果，提出了我国外资法的改进意见。

| Abstract: | TRIMs are agreements reached by GATT at the Uruguay Round Talks. After GATT reentry and joining WTO, China will have to conform to this agreement set out in TRIMs. Based on TRIMs Requirements, this paper analyses the existing problems and resulted consequences in China's foreign investment laws and also points out the direction for the improvement of foreign investment laws in China. |
