中小企业人力资源管理与聚焦战略的匹配模型研究

摘    要:在金融危机席卷全球的背景下,对聚焦战略展开了深入分析,探索了战略性人力资源管理,据此设计我国中小企业人力资源管理的聚焦战略匹配模型,提出人力资源管理与聚焦战略匹配的新思路,进而从企业文化、招聘、培训、绩效评估、薪酬五个方面制定相应的匹配对策。

Abstract:Under the background of the financial crisis,this article carries out a deep analysis on the focus strategy,explores the strategic human resources management.Based on these,it designs the matching model of human resources management and focus strategy for China's small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward the new matching ideas of human resources management and focus strategy.Then,from the corporate culture,recruitment,training,performance evaluation and compensation,it proceeds to formulate the matching countermeasures.
