摘    要:本研究以红薯干为原料,采用同步糖化发酵(SSF)生产燃料乙醇的新工艺,应用Plackett-Burman实验设计筛选影响乙醇发酵的重要工艺参数,然后通过Box-Behnken实验设计确定各重要工艺参数的最佳水平。实验结果表明,影响酒精产量的重要参数是初始pH、接种量和发酵温度。优化后的最佳工艺条件为初始pH4.4、接种量8.3%,发酵温度36.7℃,淀粉利用率达到89.25%。在此条件下进行50L发酵罐实验,48h其淀粉利用率达到89.12%。

Abstract:The production of ethanol from sweet potato by simultaneous saceharification and fermenta- tion(SSF) is presented. In the experiments, the kept parameters influencing ethanol fermentation were screened out by Plackett- Burman design ,then the optimum values of the parameters were determined by Box - Behnken design. The results suggested that the important parameters included initial pH,inoculation amount and fermentation temperature. The optimum conditions were as follows: initial pH at 4.42, inoculation amount as 8.35%, and fermentation temperature 36.69℃. Under such conditions,starch utilization ratio can reach 89.12% in 50 L ferment or at 48 h.
