| 摘 要： | 煤矿大型设备在使用过程中的故障间隔时间为一随机变量,利用可靠性理论中的故障率函数,建立了该随机变量为连续型分布和离散型分布时设备的最佳使用寿命的计算方法。只要在设备的使用过程中注意收集设备的故障时间、故障间隔时间和维修费用,就可以确定出设备的最佳使用寿命。为充分发挥设备效能、合理地制定维修策略和设备更换时间提供了一种可行的方法。

| Abstract: | The failure time interval in operation of big equipment in coal mine is a random variable, as this random variable presents a continuous distribution or a discrete distribution, an algorithm for determining the optimal service life of equipment is set up by means of the failure rate rate function in reliability theory. As long as the data of failure time, failure time interval and maintaining cost are collected in operation of equipment, the optimal service life of equipment can be determined. It provides a feasible method for fully displaying the effect and rationally determining the maintaining policy and replacing time of equipment. |
