摘    要:利用气敏传感器检测了2个等级香菇样品的挥发性气味,并对所采集数据进行主成分分析和聚类分析,正确判别率均为100%.试验结果表明,利用气敏传感器阵列和适当的模式识别对香菇的品质进行检测,可为人工鉴定提供参考.

Abstract:In order to find out an effective method to distinguish mushroom samples from different quality,the volatile flavour in 2 grade mushroom sample were detected by gas senwors array. The collected data were analyzed with principal component analysis(PCA)and system cluster analysis. The results showed that all the sample were correctly distinguished(100 %)by principal component analysis and the system cluster analysis.
