B超检查异常与性别、年龄以及工作岗位关系的研究——以宝鸡文理学院2010年教职工体检为例

目的研究高校教职工腹部B超检查结果与性别、年龄以及工作岗位之间的关系,为提高教职工的自我保健意识提供参考。方法以宝鸡文理学院2010年886名教职工体检结果为例,采用数理统计方法,对其肝、胆、胰、脾、肾的B超检查结果进行统计分析。结果分析结果表明,宝鸡文理学院886名教职工体检结果中B超异常总检出率为20.5%;检出的前5种疾病依次为脂肪肝、胆囊结石、肝囊息肉、肾囊肿、肾结石;B超异常检出率男教职工(23.5%)明显高于女教职工(17.4%);而且随着年龄的增长,B超异常检出率有增加趋势;从工作岗位来看,工人B超异常检出率最高,达到39.6%。结论高校教职工腹部B超异常检出率男性大于女性;随着年龄增长,B超检查异常率升高;不同岗位的教职工发病率存在差异,工人最高,其次是行政人员、普通教师,体育教师最低。充分体现出体育锻炼对于维系身体机能的健康,预防疾病具有积极地促进作用。

Study on the relationships of abnormal rate of B-mode ultrasonography with sex, age and job

Objective-To investigate the relationship between the abdominal B ultrasound examination re-sults and the gender, age and job of the employees of colleges and universities to provide college staffs with the references for improving self-care consciousness. Methods-The B ultrasound examination results of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidney of the 886 staff from Baoji University of Arts and Sciences were processed with statistical analysis method. Results-B ultrasound abnormality detection rate was 20.5 % ; The first 5 kinds of detected diseases were fatty liver, gallstones, liver cystic polyp, renal cysts, renal calculi; The B ultrasound abnormality rate of male staff （23. 5%） was significantly higher than that of female staff （17.4 %） ; and with the increase of age, B ultrasound abnormality detection rate has increased; From the pro-fession types, workers＂ B ultrasound abnormality rate was the highest, reaching to 39.6%. Conclusion The B ultrasound abnormality rate of male members was higher than female members＇; B ultrasound abnormal rate increased with the increase of age; there are differences in the abnormality rate between work positions, the highest incidence of abnormality rate was workers, followed by the administrative staff, teachers, and sports teachers＇ abnormality rate were the lowest. The results were fully reflects that the physical exercises have a positive role in maintaining physical health and disease prevention.
