摘    要:目的分析凤县山地不同海拔高度风场特征,为开发利用秦岭山区的风能资源提供依据。方法通过在不同海拔高度建立风能加密观测站,进行连续平行观测获取数据,按照风能资源评价技术规定对数据进行统计,采用数据对比方法对不同海拔高度风场特征进行分析。结果与结论凤县境内的风速风向不仅受到大气环流、大尺度天气背景的影响,而且和大地形、中小地形密切相关,平均风速随海拔高度的升高而加大;季节变化中,冬春季风速较大,夏秋季风速较小;不同海拔高度平均风速日变化差异明显,高海拔站与中、低海拔站平均风速日变化呈现反相位,并且在中、高海拔站间风速出现负切变现象;风向受地形影响,不同测点差异明显。

Abstract:Objective-To analyze the characteristics of wind field at different altitudes on the mountains in Fengxian County to provide the basis for the utilization of wind energy resources in Qinling Mountains. Meth-ods-Through building intensive wind observation stations at different altitudes, the data were obtained by continuous parallel observation and counted according to the requirements of technical assessment of wind en- ergy resources, in addition, the characteristics of wind fields at different altitude was analyzed with the data comparison method. Results and Conclusion The wind speed and direction in the territory of Fengxian county are not only influenced by atmospheric circulation and large-scale weather background but also closely related to large-, middle- and small-scale topographies. The average wind speed increases with the increase of eleva- tion and the wind speed is higher in winter and spring, while lower in summer and autumn. The diurnal vari- ation of average wind speed at different altitudes is wide, and the diurnal variation of average wind speed in the stations between at high altitude and at low altitude shows reverse phase, and negative shear phenomena emerges in the stations at high altitude and at middle altitude. The wind direction is affected considerably by topographies and different observation stations.
