| 摘 要： | 自2007年农家书屋工程正式实施以来，我国农村到处都建起了农家书屋，然而在建设中存在着各种亟待解决的问题。基于农村书屋发展现状及农村人口文化素质现状，分析了农村人口素质低下导致的主要问题，提出了农家书屋的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Since the formal implementation of the project of farmers＇ book stores in 2007, the farmers＇ book stores have been built all over the rural areas of China. However, there still are various problems which need urgent attention in the construction of the farmers＇ book stores. Based on the present situation of the development of the farmers＇ book stores and the cultural quality of rural population, this paper analyzes the main problems causing the lower quality of rural population, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of the farmers＇ book stores. |
