| 摘 要： | 饮食在人类生活中一直处于最重要的位置。我国自古以来就重视饮食,大理和绍兴作为我国两座历史文化名城,其饮食文化丰富多彩,各有特色。可以从饮食食材、饮食制作、饮食口味、饮食心理等主要方面对绍兴和大理的饮食文化差异进行对比分析,然后再从地理环境、气候条件、物产资源、民族宗教、政治经济等方面对两地饮食文化差异的原因进行分析比较,进而总结饮食差异对两地文化的影响。
