基于Kullback信息测度的长输管线的故障诊断

摘    要:提出了一种基于 Kullback信息测度的长输管线泄漏诊断方法.它通过对管线两个 端点附近的压力梯度所构成的时间序列进行分析,从而检测出泄漏,并在此基础上对泄 漏点进行定位.此法只需测量2个端点附近的4个压力信号,且计算量小.在实际中较 容易实现。用该方法在一条长120m、内径10mm的液体管线上进行了实验,当泄漏量 为0.5%时,定位误差为总管长的2%。结果表明.这是一种很有实用价值的诊断方法。

Abstract:Leak detection and location of fluid transport pipelines often requires flow measurements which may be unavailable in practice. In this paper a new leak diagnosis method based on Kullback information is proposed, in which leak is diagnosed by analyzing the time sequence of the pressure gradient at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline. It requires only 4 pressure measurements, namely, 2 at each end of pipeline. Furthermore, computational expenditure is small, and can be implemented easily. Test results on a 10mm x 120m experimental water pipeline shows that it is an effective and practicable leak diagnosis method.
