BST溶胶-凝胶的化学与热反应过程研究

摘    要:以国产Ba和Sr醋酸盐为主要原材料,采用Sol-Gel技术制备了稳定性极好的(Ba0.73Sr0.27)TiO3(BST27)溶胶-凝胶.研究了BST27溶胶-凝胶的化学和热反应过程.用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析BST27溶胶可知,其接触达到分子级水平且混合相当均匀.研究结果证明以乙二醇单乙醚为主要溶剂配制BST27溶胶制备BST27铁电薄膜可降低其合成温度,同时也避免了中间相的产生.

Abstract:The Ba and Sr acetate made in China were used as raw materials, and (Ba_ 0.73 Sr_ 0.27 ) TiO_3 (BST27) precursor with admirable stability were prepared by Sol-Gel processing. The chemical and thermal reactions of (Ba_ 0.73 Sr_ 0.27 ) TiO_3 (BST27) precursor were researched. BST27-sol composites were characterized by using transmission electron microscope (TEM). Analysis by TEM indicated that composites were the same uniform mix as molecule coming in contact. The final results show that BST27-sol prepared by ethylene glycol monoethyl ether (C_4H_ 10 O_2) as main solvent can decrease the synthesize temperature and impurity phases of BST27 ferroelectric thin film.
