基于多Agent系统的酵母菌生长动力学仿真

摘    要:为了更好的研究酵母菌在发酵过程中的非线性生长代谢过程,从而实现发酵过程的优化控制,本文以发酵动力学模型作为依据,建立了一个多Agent系统模型,并在NetLogo仿真环境中实现仿真。仿真分别在氧气充足、无氧、氧气适量三种情况下,证实了菌体生长速率、基质消耗速率和产物生成速率的相互关系,并验证了monod方程的适用度和精确度。

Abstract:In order to study the yeast's nonlinear growth and metabolism processes during course of fermentation better,thus,to realize the optimal control of Fermentation process.In this thesis,a multi-Agent system model which is established base on Fermentation kinetics model have been realized in the NetLogo simulation environment.The relationship between Yeast growth rate,substrate depletion rate and product formation rate have been verified in the case of Sufficient oxygen,anaerobic,oxygen in this simulation,meanwhile,the application and precision of the monod have also been proven.
