| 摘 要： | 网络课程的开发与设计要有利于学生知识、素质、能力的综合培养，并通过适当的教学策略确保取得有效的成果。结合模拟电子电路网络课程设计与开发的实践，阐述了网络环境下课程的设计开发原则，探讨了自主学习网络课程系统的设计思想与主要功能。

| Abstract: | The development and design on the network course should be advantageous to the comprehensive development of students' knowledge,character,ability,and make sure to make the effective achievement through an appropriative teaching strategy. The paper discusses design and development principle of the course on network environment based on simulating electric circuit,and research the design thought and main functions of the network course studied by themselves. |
