水平管内油滴分散流摩擦压降特性的实验研究

摘    要:对水平放置的内径为40mm的钢管内的油水两相流进行了详细的实验研究。针对钢管内油水2相油滴分散流的流型进行了描述,从实验和理论2方面分别对含水率和混合流速等因素对油滴分散流摩擦阻力压降规律的影响进行细致分析。实验表明,含水率和混合流速是影响压降的主要因素,在不同流型下,同一因素对压降规律的影响也有所不同。

Abstract:An experimental investigation on oil-water two-phase flow through a straight horizontal steel pipe within 40mm inner diameter was conducted.Two-phase flow patterns for horizontal oil-water flow were defined and distinguished by visualization.In this paper,some important factors such as water fraction,mixture velocity are analyzed how to affect the pressure drop characteristics.The frictional pressure drop of oil drop dispersed flow were studied experimentally and theoretically.These experiments indicate that water fraction and mixture velocity affect the pressure drop characteristics directly,and the same factor has different abilities to affect the pressure drop characteristics.
