关于近20年人事档案内容发展的文献统计分析

近年来,随着事业单位人事制度和工资制度的改革,人事档案收集管理的内容发生很大的变化。本文以20年来《知网》全文数据库所收录的期刊文献为研究对象,从文献学科分类、研究层次、发表年度、作者及作者单位、关键词等多个角度,对有关人事档案内容发展变化文献研究进行了统计分析。

Statistical Analysis of the Research on the Change and Development of the Contents of the Personnel Files in the Last 20 Years

In recent years,with the reform of the personnel system and the wage system in institutions,the contents collected and managed by the personnel files have changed a lot. The periodical literature collected by full text database of CNKI in last 20 years was taken as the research object,from the multiple aspects of literature subject classification, research levels,published year,author and affiliation,keywords,etc., this paper statistically analyzed the literature research on the development and change of the relevant personnel files contents.
